This March, we welcomed our baby chicks and lop ear bunnies into our studio for Spring Mini Sessions in Galloway! The joy on all of the kids faces was so amazing! I love how these beautiful animals just lit up their faces with joy! Spring truly is a magical time where all things start to grow.

As you know, baby chicks and bunnies do grow up. We are so happy and excited to welcome the new chicks as new family members! BLP will continue to incorporate them into sessions, but will also be enjoying their eggs as well. This exciting new journey as chicken owners is definitely new to us; I can not believe how fast they grow. It felt like in the blink of an eye they started growing more colorful, larger wings and being able to hop around and walk and even run! Of course, my husband is in the process of building an amazing hen house! (Which of course will need to be photo ready! Yes to the cute flower boxes, and YES to the adorable barn door in the front!)

This year we decided to do something really fun! We introduced the 5 minute micro mini’s for Christmas! These sessions are an amazing concept! They were very quick and last 5 minutes. You come in ready for the camera and get 5 minutes to be photographed! In that 5 minutes, whatever good images we get are yours; it’s that simple! Call it giving back, call it pure kindness; whatever you want to call it, it makes us happy to give back and give out clients some beautiful and quick images!

These 5 Minute Micro Mini’s for Christmas had Parent’s raving and thanking me for offering these! Some parents said their children don’t have long attention spans. Others said they wanted to be in and out as quickly as possible because of Covid. Then there were even some clients who never had a photo session and wanted to try this out. It’s a little sampling of what I can do in 5 minutes, so imagine what I can do in a regular 1 hour session!

These 5 minute micro mini’s for Christmas were really great!
