Lindy Hops is a huge part of my childhood. When I had the opportunity to offer them commercial photography, I jumped on the chance! To be able to help small business that were built from a dream, to have beautiful images for their websites, social media and to show off their products, or in this case delicious ice cream treats, makes me beyond excited and happy for them! As a child, I remember my summer days were filled with riding my bike around Galloway and up to the corner, eating lunch at Mike’s Deli and having desert at Lindy Hops! No day was complete without a visit to Lindy Hops! (And no, I did not eat ice cream every day, if I could have I totally would have!) Some days, I would stop by for a cup of ice water. They always had the best ice cubes! Linda and her team of ice cream scoopers were always so friendly! They were always girls I went to school with, so there was always a friendly face. Lindy Hops wasn’t just an ice cream parlor, they were a part of the neighborhood, and treated all of the kids as if they were their own!
Growing up, getting married and having kids in Galloway, has allowed me to share my Lindy Hops experiences with my own children. It’s a tradition, and one that I hold dear to my heart. When we pass Lindy Hops, my kids shout out, “LET’S GET ICE CREAM!”. I love that they love Lindy’s just as much as I do. Supporting small businesses is something that I hope my kids can learn to do, because seeing your parents do it, is a pathway for children to learn from and do as well. As a small business owner, I know how important it is to help someones dream grow. Linda started this ice cream parlor as a dream, and now it is a very successful, amazing location where people will be more than happy to travel near and far to visit. If you haven’t visited, you need to drop what you’re doing and go grab a cone! However, if you are in the mood for something different, Lindy Hops also offers ice cream cakes, cupcakes, ice cream sandwiches, pies, and even water ice! There are so many options, you won’t walk out without something that hits the spot!
So take a trip to Lindy Hops, where the decor takes you back to the 50’s, where the bright walls bring you joy, and the ice cream is pure happiness! Go enjoy with your family, your friends, or after your dance recital (like I grew up doing!) and make amazing memories!
If you are a local business that would like your establishment photographed the way I did here, please reach out to me directly!
Happy February Everyone! It’s that time of the month, where we are officially ready to celebrate love, dress our kids in the cutest outfits, and of course get photos of our littles to capture the moment! So, with all of that, I am so so so excited to share with you all, something SUPER special! I am offering Valentine Mini Sessions on this FABULOUS wall of greenery in my home studio in Galloway, NJ! It took me a while to put together, and for good reason! It is SO versatile, I can use this wall for so many different sets. I can’t wait to start using it! But, more about the Valentine Mini Sessions… The details are below:
Let’s talk online proofing gallery: Why is it awesome?
The online proofing gallery doesn’t just deliver 3 images. You will receive a nice sized gallery of images to choose from. So, if you get 10-20 images, you will have to find your favorite images, but thats great, because you are not getting something you do not love! Also, if you find more than 3 that you like, you can absolutely purchase additional images, or purchase the entire gallery for an additional cost.
Why is it great to book mini sessions?
Mini sessions are a great way to document your child’s growth as they get older. Maybe a regular session isn’t your cup of tea, maybe it is. But, you’re saving for that epic spring family session in the most beautiful park down the street. Mini sessions are quick, fast, and your kids won’t lose interest! It’s especially good for the littles, roughly ages 1-10.
Need clothing ideas and where to buy stuff?
Look no further! Here’s my list! (Some of these sites, I am linking directly to their Valentine’s Day pages, so if they do not work in the future, please do a simple google search!)

A few weeks ago, I photographed Nicole and Nick’s intimate wedding in Malaga NJ. Their wedding was informal, but beautiful done. They had fresh flowers lining the walkway up to their front porch. They exchanged vows in front of their cabin and someone near and dear to their heart preformed the ceremony. They were surrounded by the people who love them, and drove off into the sunset on a motor cycle. How much more romantic can it get? When I met Nicole, I was so happy she asked me to capture these memories for her. Photography can be that one thing that you never think of until the moment has passed, and you always wish you had a photo of that one time… Not in this case. Nicole and Nick have beautiful images to remember the day they said, I DO!
Nicole and Nick, thank you for trusting me with your memories. I wish you nothing but love and sucess in your marriage together!

‘Where the Wild Things Are’ is one of my favorites books from my childhood, and I just could not be happier to theme a cake smash photoshoot for this amazing little one year old boy. He was so well behaved but was definitely full of energy and wanted to run! (he was REALLY into my camera!)
The cake definitely grabbed attention for a few minutes, he went straight for the crown though haha! This cake was done by the Galloway Shoprite Bakery, and they were so amazing with me! I wanted a plain cake, and they questioned it, but I definitely had my reasons. Look at how amazing it looks with that crown! It’s perfection! *TIP* You can order your smash cake for FREE during the month of your little one’s birthday so long as you bring their birth certificate! If it’s not their birthday month, this cake will only cost roughly $6.99.
The most amazing part of this cake smash photoshoot was that I was able to be a kid again, and do a ton of arts and crafts. I made the frame and the ‘O N E’ with my husband on the floor of our kitchen. We found all of the materials outside in our backyard and glued everything together! It was so much fun. I really think by doing everything from scratch, it helped make this look like it was straight from the story book! I can’t wait for my next themed session! They are so much fun!
If your little gal/guy is having their first birthday, and would you like to schedule his/her Cake Smash Photoshoot in our Galloway, NJ studio reach out to me today! I will be so happy to design a custom set for them!
Every cake smash, I photograph your baby on 2 sets. First we do birthday portraits, then we smash the cake! It’s a lot of fun and you definitely get a ton of beautiful images to choose from and love!
All cake smashes are custom themed! Themes I have done in the past:
-Where The Wild Things Are
-Victorian Pink & Cream
-Daniel Tigers Neighborhood
-Vintage Mickey Mouse
-Star Wars (R2D2)
-Modern Cake Smash
