I met Gyllian and Francesco at Renault Winery for their photography consultation and fell in love with them instantly! They are such an amazing couple and they definitely know what they wanted for their special day, A Fall Wedding at Renault Winery! Although the weather wasn’t very “fall” (a scorching 95 degrees!) she was absolutely stunning in her custom wedding gown and their matching Christian Louboutin shoes.
The beginning of the day was calm and collected, but once Gyllian popped her confetti champagne bottle, everyone was ready to party! This was the day they had been waiting for, and although Gyllian was nervous, after their first look Francesco reassured her that she was absolutely stunning! (And she really, really was!)
Gyllian and Francesco, thank you so much for trusting me to capture your memories! I had an amazing time at your wedding and can’t WAIT for you to see your beautiful images! You two are the best!
If you are planning your wedding, you should absolutely consider a fall wedding at Renault Winery. Between the vineyards, the fountains, the gorgeous landscaping you are sure to have an amazing collection of portraits for your wedding album and to display proudly in your home!

When my daughter told me she wanted Birthday Portraits at the Smithville Mansion for her 8th birthday my heart stopped. Okay, not really but I was not ready for her to grow up and ask for such a grown up gift.
My little princess was growing up. For her birthday, she wanted to be followed around by a professional photographer while wearing a gorgeous dress and high heels. Good thing her Mama Bear is a professional photographer. I was honored to be able to photographer her, and make her laugh, of course I was crying behind the camera.
We really did have a lot of fun though. I am happy that I was able to make this birthday wish of hers come true. She is definitely a girl who knows what she wants! I couldn’t be more proud.
It really is one of my favorite places to visit because it is historic and so well maintained. It’s perfectly set up for weddings, events and engagements. Additionally, the casual photo session with a soon to be 8 year old!
If you would like to have your son or daughters Birthday Portraits at the Smithville Mansion, reach out to me today and schedule your session! Or if you are recently engaged or going to propose; this is certainly a wonderful place to do it! I would honored to document these memories for you!
Photography for me, isn’t just about holding a camera and taking a photo. I have a serious passion for photography. Images are my life. A day without my camera is like a day without air. I can not breathe without it. A camera is always on my side, always with me, and ready for any moment that will happen. When I get the opportunity to photograph something special in someone life, I am very humbled and honored. Being chosen to be the person that you trust to capture and create these moments for you, its such a great feeling.
As for my daughter, she put all of her trust into me, that I would be able to document her Birthday Portraits at the Smithville Mansion exactly the way she always dreamt of and better. That is how everyone should think when they hire a professional. Dreams become real life, and real life can be preserved. These pieces are our history, they are our legacy, and one day our children will hang on to these memories, and pass them down to their own. Don’t just pass these moments by, hold them by the hand, and allow me to capture your legacy.
I remember watching TLC’s Say Yes to the Dress and seeing Lauren, and hearing her story. I remember laughing and really enjoying the show! I also said out loud, “Call me!” hoping she would somehow find me on the internet, and book me for her wedding. She sounded like the kind of bride I would love to work with. Well, as it turned out, I received an email from her! Out of the blue, and she booked me! She loved me and I loved everything about the wedding she was describing! She told me her wedding would be at a church, where she dreamed of getting married in since she was a little girl. Our Lady Star of the Sea. She told me she would have an amazing party (and she totally did) at Congress Hall in Cape May, NJ. She told me how much she loved her fiance (now husband) and how perfect they are for each other. I developed a beautiful relationship with Lauren (we even share first AND middle names).
As I mentioned, Lauren was featured on Say Yes to the Dress on TLC. If you don’t recognize her, you could do a quick good search for “Say Yes to the Dress Classy Porn Star” or click here. You do have to purchase the episode since it’s been a few months since it’s aired, or if you own the dvd’s, etc. you could just watch it there. Anyway, to clue you in, Lauren wanted to look like a classy porn star, but all of the dresses she picked out looked like gorgeous ball gowns. She ended up with the dress she is wearing, and it doesn’t say classy porn star in my opinion, it says beautiful bride! Her wedding was also featured on another episode of Say Yes to the Dress, and you can find that by clicking here. It’s exciting because we get to relive her wedding at Congress Hall in Cape May, NJ, and you get to see some video from the day!
Lauren is the kind of girl who lights up a room, it’s no wonder that Anthony fell madly in love with her! Lauren’s smile is so contagious, I found myself laughing behind the camera. The emotions in the room made me cry, made me feel like I was right there in the moment along side of her. Maybe I was extra emotional because I was 6 months pregnant, haha but I am totally going to go with the fact that they are amazing people! Lauren & Anthony’s friends and family are so lucky to have them both in their lives, and they are lucky to have so many people that love them in their lives as well. I felt nothing but love and support in the room. And when it was time to party, wow. This is a crowd that knows how to party! We had the SnapBooth there, and boy did it get used! So many people in such a small space, but they made it work and wow it was a blast! I stopped in a few times and couldn’t believe how much fun everyone was having!
Congress Hall is seriously one amazing venue. Lauren and Anthony had their wedding while it was decorated for Christmas! It is a tradition of theirs that they always have photos taken by the Christmas tree. Well, they had one heck of a large Christmas tree to take a photo in front of! I love Christmas, and Congress Hall, does Christmas RIGHT! It’s a serious winter wonderland inside. Even the doormen dress like toy soldiers. It’s adorable. I can’t help but mention that the staff is beyond amazing. Everyone is so helpful and kind. Lauren and Anthony had their dream wedding here, and it was SO worth it! If you want to have a wedding here, I highly recommend it! It’s definitely a phenomenal place to party your night away!
Lauren and Anthony, I wish you nothing but love, success and prosperity in your future together! Thank you so much for trusting me, and allowing me to take part in your special day, and for sharing your memories with me! I will forever cherish you both in my hearts! xoxo

Jillian and Ken decided to get married at Clarks Landing Yacht Club in Delran, NJ. It is an absolutely GORGEOUS venue with the most amazing staff! Their food is delicious, their ballroom is amazing, their rooms are just MADE for weddings, everything is so pretty. I cannot stress enough how important it is to have natural light in your getting ready room. This place was made with natural light in mind, and I couldn’t be happier with the images we’ve created. I love showing off all the pretty details that a bride prepares for her wedding day. The shoes, the veil, her dress, the flowers. Every little thing is just perfect!
If you want to have that ocean look close to home in South Jersey, check out Clarks Landing Yacht Club in Delran, NJ. It’s perfection!
Jillian and Ken, thank you for trusting us to capture your special day!
Which happens to be one of my favorite venues! I love the location, the staff and the grounds. I have never been treated better at another venue, and neither have my couples. I write that a lot about this venue, but I just cannot stress enough, how much of an amazing venue it is, and how well they take care of their brides and grooms. After all, it’s customer service like this, that you should really look for to host your special day.
When Amanda first contacted me to shoot her wedding, I asked her who I can thank for the referral. I was shocked when she told me to thank my husband! Apparently, they played volleyball together! I am instantly blown away by anyone who plays volleyball on a team, because I could not play volleyball to save my life! (Amanda is amazing by the way! Just ask her for a friendly game of Vball!) When she told me she was having her wedding at Ron Jaworskis Blue Heron Pines, well let’s just say I couldn’t have been happier!
Amanda & Marc’s wedding could not have been on a more perfect day! The sun was shining, and the grass was so green! I was looking forward to getting right to the bridals because that is usually my favorite part of the day, but when I saw all of her gorgeous details, I had to take my time and play! She had two different shoes (seriously, such a smart idea!), a pretty perfume bottle, special cuff links that the groom’s sister would be giving him later that day, a necklace from her grandmother and so much more… Amanda was so prepared for her wedding day! I try to help out as much as I can with this, and she listened 150%! Going above and beyond for my clients is so important to me, so when I hear of tips and tricks for your wedding day, or how to better prepare, of course I share as much as I can!
The day went so smoothly, and everything was on time, if not early! Thankfully we had an amazing timeline! Her colors were bright pink, which really popped with the green grass. I love everything about her wedding, and how amazing the theme transpired throughout. The pink was found on the cake, in the custom sunglasses, the groomsmen’s vests, the centerpieces and napkins and more!
At the end of the night, we had a sparkler exit and even did some light writing!
All in all, I truly believe she will cherish these photos forever, and I am so happy that she chose me to capture this special day. Amanda and Marc, thank you, from the bottom of my heart for trusting me with your memories and being such amazing clients!
I cannot wait to go back to Ron Jaworskis Blue Heron Pines!
xoxo,
Lauren
